About Me
"Treat others as I would want to be treated" has long been the guiding principle of both my personal and professional life. This philosophy was instilled in me by my grandfather and father, who paved the way in real estate decades ago. In the early 1970s, my grandfather launched his real estate career with Baird & Warner, always speaking highly of the integrity and professionalism the firm exemplified. My father continued that legacy by establishing his own real estate office. Today, nearly fifty years later, I am honored to continue my family’s tradition as a member of the Baird & Warner family.
After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, I began my real estate career in 1994, focusing on residential appraisal. I went on to become a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and earned the Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation through the National Association of Realtors—a distinction awarded to experienced appraisers who have completed advanced coursework beyond the standard licensing requirements.
